All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays. Beesstert is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

All content on this website, including logos, images and designs, remains the property of Beesstert and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Beesstert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Beesstert, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Beesstert will cover shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
